KnoxCanvas helps door-to-door teams track every house they knock, their shifts and their results.

Getting started

• Business owners: download the app, create an account, choose "I'm the owner" and request access for your company. We'll contact you to get set up, and your map unlocks as soon as you're approved.
• Team members: create an account, choose "Join my team" and enter the invite code from your manager. Codes work once and expire after 7 days.

Common questions

• How do I mark a house? Tap the house on the map, then tap a status: door hanger, interested, not interested or do not return.
• Houses aren't lighting up while I walk. House detection works while you're clocked in (Shift tab). Allow location access, and change how close you need to get under Shift → House detection.
• No signal? Keep working. Pins and shifts save on your phone and sync when you're back online.
• "Account paused" or "Waiting for approval"? Contact us at the email above.
• Deleting your account: in the app, go to Account → Delete account. Owners remove their team members first.
